1. Return & Replacement Window

We accept returns or replacements within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns and replacements.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Your request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) may be required.

Due to the nature of our products, we take hygiene seriously. Opened or used items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, shows signs of damage, or tampering.
Original packaging, seals, or accessories are missing.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To start the process:

Email us at support@cutesutra.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos or videos if applicable.
Once approved, we’ll either arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

Rest assured, all communications and packages are handled with utmost discretion.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

8. Replacements

If your replacement request is approved:

A new item will be shipped after the returned one is inspected.
