We strive to process and ship all orders within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues. Once the package leaves our hands, delivery times are out of our control.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier for updates. However, if you need assistance, our support team is always happy to help where we can.
